Welcome to the OUT Creative Photo Booth service. This page outlines the pricing, terms of service, privacy practices, and refund policies for the self-service photo booths operated by Out Creative. By using our photo booth services, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Service Pricing
The standard baseline fee for our self-service photo booth is 1.000 BHD per printed photo.
Please note: Pricing is subject to change based on the specific event, venue, customization requirements, or corporate sponsorships. The exact, final price for your photo session will always be clearly displayed on the booth's interactive screen before you are prompted to make a payment.
2. refund policy
All sales from the OUT Creative Photo Booth are final. Because the service provides an instantly printed and/or digital personalized product, we do not offer refunds for user errors, such as dissatisfaction with a pose, blinking, incorrect timing, or accidental purchases.
Exceptions for Technical Failures: Refunds will only be issued in the event of a verified technical failure, which includes:
The machine successfully processes the payment but fails to print or deliver the digital photo.
The printer malfunctions (e.g., Paper jams, or blank prints).
If you experience a technical failure, please contact our support team at hello@outcreative.net within 7 days. Please include the date, time, and location of the event, along with your proof of payment (bank receipt or SMS) to request a refund.
3. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy while using our photo booths.
Data Collection: When you use our photo booth, we capture your image to provide the requested physical or digital photo. If you opt to receive a digital copy, we may collect your email address or phone number solely for the purpose of delivering the photo to you.
Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. OUT Creative does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card details, debit card details, or sensitive financial information.
Data Retention and Usage: Photos taken at the booth are temporarily stored for printing and digital delivery purposes. We do not use your photos for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without your explicit prior written consent. Unclaimed digital photos and temporary session data are routinely deleted from our local servers.

By using the OUT Creative Photo Booth, you agree to the following terms:
Service Use: The photo booth is provided for personal entertainment. Users must conduct themselves appropriately and avoid causing physical damage to the booth hardware, camera, printer, or interactive touch screens.
Liability: OUT Creative is not liable for any lost digital photos resulting from incorrect email addresses or phone numbers entered by the user. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any physical damage to the printed photo once it has been dispensed to the user.
Availability: The photo booth requires an active internet connection to process payments and deliver digital files. In the event of network outages, the booth may temporarily pause operations until the connection is restored.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to power down the machine or restrict access if the equipment is being misused, vandalized, or operated unsafely.
